N206 between Leiden and Katwijk

Boskalis has prepared the road Ir. G. Tjalmaweg (close to Valkenburg) for the future! Two lanes have been added on either side of the road and a part of the road has been deepened.

All proceedings:

  • Multilevel connection of Valkenburg-Oost near the road called Torenvlietslaan
  • Multilevel connection with Vakenburg-West near the road called Cohortedreef
  • Deepening parts of the already low N206 Ir. G. Tjalmaweg and making it greener
  • A new roundabout that will offer roads the Voorschotenweg and Hoofdstraat a connection to Valburg-Oost
  • An extra bridge (next to the already existing Torenvlietbrug) over the river the Oude Rijn
  • All kinds of innovations for the bicycling path between Leiden and Katwijk and for the sidewalk structure to the north of the N206
